Why it exists

Every question about the workshop used to be answered by an audit. Which project holds this table, which store holds that key, is this host still serving anything at all. Each answer took an afternoon of asking the platforms directly, and then went nowhere, so the next person asking paid for it again.

Intel is those answers written down once, where people will look for them. Every entry carries the date it was last confirmed and how to confirm it again, and anything that could not be confirmed says "not verified" rather than guessing. A confident wrong answer here is worse than an admitted gap: it sends someone to rotate the wrong key.

It records where a secret lives, never the secret

No values. No prefixes, no last four characters, no masked keys. A masked key is still a clue, and this is the whole reason Intel can be shared at all: you can know the shape of the estate without holding anything that opens it. Where an entry is about a secret, it gives you the command that fetches the value yourself, and the value never touches this page.

Signing in is not the same as being let in

Every tool in the family shares one account, so a valid sign-in proves only that you use one of the tools. Reading Intel takes more than that: someone adds you, by name, by hand. Nothing here grants itself. That is what makes it safe to hand to a person who needs the map and nothing else.
